Application Analyst / Specialist

Responsibilities:
• Installation of software applications
• Training of Users (Healthcare professionals)
• Diagnosing,  troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems
• Providing on-site and telephone support to customers on hardware, software applications and network installations
• Software application testing
• Developing User Documentation for the company’s software products
• Future opportunities in project management and to lead project team

Requirements:
Required skills:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in customer services area
• Understanding of software testing and documentation methodology
• Ability to train users 
• Ability to develop User Documentation
   

Preferred skills (An added advantage but not compulsory):

• Experience of MS-Windows Server, MS-SQL Server and SQL Programming
• Experience in hardware, and networking
• Experience in Delphi programming & Report Builder
• Knowledge and experience from the Healthcare industry
• Posses a recognized degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline
• Must be able to work full-time on project site spread worldwide
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation and overseas
• Able to multi task and deliver results under tight schedules without supervision
• Highly motivated, innovative and capable of working and delivering under tight schedules 
• Required languages: English (compulsory) & Bahasa Malaysia (preferably) 
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Peferably Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
