Senior Manager - Administration
Kuala Lumpur - W. Persekutuan

The Job:

  • To manage the day to day administration functions which include primarily, general administration, company asset, transport, store management and company activities/function
  • To handle and attend to all matters relating to application and follow up of statutory licenses, permits, statutory returns, submissions and facilitation of the requirement of the local government legislation and law.
  • To liaise with the relevant governmental authorities, both at the state and Federal levels to maintain a desirable public relationship.
  • To source, review, qualifying and short list of quotations and services providers. To negotiate with suppliers and service providers and final recommendation of suppliers and to award of contract to service providers after decision made by CEO.
  • Manage the inventory replenishment to fulfill the delivery commitment to meet the department objectives and to satisfying internal customers orders within agreeable lead time and acceptable level of inventory.
  • To monitor office supplies, stationary, sundry, correspondence, courier services and inventory control.
  • To handle maintenance of office furnitures and fittings (table, chair, partition, cabinet, and etc..), office equipments (fax machine, telephone, printer, type writer, and etc..), IT facilities (i.e. catridge, diskettes, software, printer, and etc..),
  • The maintenance of office building, monitor office renovation, to supervise the management of housekeeping and cleanliness of office premises
  • To supervise receptionists and telephonist counters.
  • Managing Company Cars / Vehicles.


Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
  • At least 7 years experience in managerial position is required.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess high degree of professionalism
  • Must be computer savvy, possess good communication and presentation skills
  • People-oriented, team-player and enjoy working with all levels of staff. High integrity and ethics.
